For some the word "minimalist" means black, white, and boring. Believe it or not, it is possible for minimalists to have a great lingerie wardrobe. This list is especially important because most "minimalist" lingerie lists are made of white cotton camis and bralets. Here is a list of super sexy lingerie that doubles as pieces you can use every day.
Wolford Individual 12 Stayhip Pantyhose: Wolford is likely one of the most reputable hosiery companies. Who better to bring us pantyhose that are open in the front, back, and crotchless? Yes, please. This ouvert style not only makes it more practical for the restroom, it makes it approximately 100 times sexier than your standard pantyhose. XS-L
L'Agent Penelope Push-up: This bra features perfect seams, a unique neckline, and provides awesome cleavage. The Penelope Push-up sizes up to DDD and is very low-cut, showing just enough to make it lingerie (hint: it is more revealing than the picture below). Because of the smooth cup and low neckline, this bra will work with most of your wardrobe (which is refreshing since most DD+ bras have quite a bit of coverage). Sizes 32A-36F. If your size is not available, then the Satin Intrigue Shelf Bra is a decent substitute. I found it had less push and shape, but it sizes up to 40DD.
Zana Bayne Petite Harness: Wear with outfits for an edgier look, detach the suspender straps for a professional touch, or turn backwards and go braless for some intense bedroom attire. Sometimes these are made in PVC for the cruelty-free. S-XL
Hopeless Lingerie Alex Halter Top: This bralette works as lingerie, a sleeping bra, and layering with open necklines. The open mesh style of the Hopeless bralet adds an interesting texture to your everyday outfit, and is a different take than the delicate laces which have been done over and over again. Its wider sides make it more suitable for fuller busts than typical bralets, and it sizes from XXS-XXL.
Rosie for Autograph Hooded Luxury Dressing Gown: Prepare for the big reveal... You can feel glamorous and warm in this cozy dressing gown. Bonus points: it has a hood. Approximately sizes US 4-18.
Victoria's Secret No-Show thong (or hiphugger or cheeky) has a silky/satin look with clean lines and no seams. The inside seams feature suede-like edges to help keep them in place. The thong is extra flattering because the back curves upwards around the bottom rather than straight across. Sizes XS-XL.

Silk and harder-to-care-for fabrics were excluded.
We also took a pass on sleepwear made of fabrics that wrinkle easily and are less breathable.
